"What a great experience. I wish we could give more than five stars. Alberto is a true professional. His prices are fair and reasonable. He is dependable, communicative, and has tremendous INTEGRITY. His final walk-throughs are thorough as customer service is exceptionally important to him. He hires quality people and we felt very comfortable with his team working in our home whether we were here or away. Our guest bathroom, which needed an exceptional amount of work, turned out better than we could have imagined. We are extremely happy with the exterior painting as well. Alberto is a remarkable contractor. My husband and I feel very fortunate to continue to work with him."

"The job was done as promised and on time despite weather issues. Brad even included the cost of labor for painting of the areas where the removed part of the patio attached to the main structure that remained as part of his cost. The other quotes we received said that that would be extra or we would have to do it our self. Brad and his helper always stayed in touch with us as to when they would be coming to work on our project and cleaned up each day. We found them to be very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them for any patio shelter work."

"<p>It was excellent. I have already referred them to a neighbor who is having a huge garage done. I  looked at, I'll bet, six companies. I have a redwood expansion joint and they were the only ones who could take  that out. They have a special epoxy they used in the hole to fill the expansion joint. Then they came out and finished the permanent epoxy. Their pricing is good and their responsiveness was fantastic. The lead installer has put in about 500 of these and he had an assistant with him that was training. These people were above board and call you back. They are polite and are ladies and gentlemen. They have a good product. His truck was immaculate. Everything was neat and he had a place for everything. </p>"

"All out patio did a great job! From the design process, to getting me the plans to submit to my HOA to the install, all their work was very professional and my pergola turned out great! I'm really enjoying my yard more since I can sit outside and not get roasted by the sun anymore. Thank you!"

"Scott and his team did a wonderful job. Any concerns i had were quickly and efficiently dealt with. In fact, we are so happy with the work that we are having Scott and his team perform a major remodel of our house early in 2019. We are adding a second floor to the house and doubling its size. We have every confidence the work will be performed to the highest standards."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Incline Village, NV

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
