Once the project started Nate was very communicative about the basement layout and as the work progressed we talked each day to make sure everything was coming together well. Our basement build out was larger than normal and the team was very organized and handled all challenges to create a wonderful space for our family to enjoy for years."

"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

She recommended him to us during our search for quotes. He was very responsive and quickly came out and gave us a quote for the job. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. We were having a master bath/shower combo taken out and wanted a new tiled walk in shower. Rod had great ideas and suggestions that fit with what we were wanting while being very functional. The electrical work was challenging,ae but done successfully. The team members were clean and respectful of the property. Several team members are smokers, who did not smoke in the house, but their clothes were permeated with the odor."
