There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership."

Buck and his team tiled our bathroom, closet, and laundry room, & also installed hardwood flooring in our kitchen and butler’s pantry. The craftsmanship was exceptional across the board. "Predatory Sales and Subpar Quality Mad City's process is predatory from start to finish. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"We hired Rapid Renovations to build a deck around our above ground pool. They arrived on time for the estimate. They explained what they were going to do and made suggestions of how I might want to do things. We accepted the bid. They then came back to show us different decking colors for us to choose from and again offered their opinion on quality and color of the floor. It took them 2 days to complete the deck. Their skill level was very obvious as well as the attention to details. The care they used to protect surrounding property around the deck was great. The men working on the deck were courteous and friendly. I never got another bid because they made such a good impression on me that I could tell they were a quality company. I was right. I highly recommend Rapid Renovations, I don’t know if they are the cheapest but I can tell you that you will not regret hiring them for your project. "
