"We wanted to finish part of our basement but had concerns about a few areas where there were leaks during long sustained or heavy rains. We knew the risk of mold and other unknown damage behind finished walls was too high of a risk for our investment and health safety. We did research of basement waterproofing companies in the Cincinnati area and settled on Everdry after determining they had the best reputation and track record based on review we read. The job was way bigger than we ever anticipated, but the workers were careful and considerate of our space inside and outside the house, and they returned everything to as normal as could be considering the level or work required when they were done. There were a few times over the first few years when we needed Everdry to come back to repairs some chimney leak issues in one of the unfinished areas of our basement, but they were efficient and persistent in resolving the issue. 15 years later, we are still enjoying a dry and comfortable finished basement. We are very satisfied customers."

"Overall, we had a great experience. The waterproofing job was great and works perfectly. The only downsides to our job were: 1) they were suppose to seal off the things in our basement so they didn't get dusty - the seal job wasn't good though so we are still cleaning everything off as we have time weeks later. 2) they were supposed to cosmetically fix some cracks, but it looks sloppy. They just took a caulk gun to it... In our consultation, they had mentioned they would do this pretty, smooth coating thing, which was not done. 3) they did not clean up well. Our floors had dirt all over them when they left and I had to sweep/mop myself. While the above things were annoying, the important parts of the job (the actual waterproofing) were great and look and work perfectly. So I would still give them an A."

What was thought to be a two-day job and ended up being a one-day job. I would hire Ohio basement authority if I again if I had any more problems and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone who does have a problem."

They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water.
