"My experience with Manny and his assistant was fantastic. Manny was on time, when he came to give me an estimate and for the two days that he worked at my house. I truly appreciate this and unfortunately this is hard to come by these days. Manny laid porcelain tile in a small bedroom, I'm sure not the most attractive job for him but his estimate was fair, he showed up on time, cleaned everything up and was generally a kind & professional person. As others mention, language a challenge a couple times ( I can do Spanish, staff does Portuguese) but Google translate comes through. Project Manager was always on site to make sure multiple projects were being completed simultaneously and with perfection. The crew has been with Mikeâ s company for years and are there on time and do not complain about working late to complete a project. At the end they became friends and have earned our deep respect.
