He stated that it would be costly to repair and suggested buying a new one. This in turn led to a conversation about buying a used one (since this was for the garage). He mentioned that he has a shop with used appliances and quickly sent us photos of what was available within our price range. "I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated. "They're a big, big company with a fleet of trucks.  They're huge.  Service America is one of the two largest home warranty companies in the United States.  They provide home warranties for an annual fee, and then they also provide heating and ventilation, air conditioning check-ups, and they also will come out and repair major appliances, ceiling fans, or electrical or plumbing, or anything like that.  They did a good job.  They do good work when they come out, but they do have a tendency to be chronically late for their appointments and even to just blow off their appointments and not show up at all and not call.  When they show up, they do a good job.  Keep in mind, when I give them anything less than an A, that's not a reference to that appointment in early March; that would be A, A, A, A, A across the board.  They were on time; no problem at all at that last appointment.  "
