"Called because roaches were seen in a home just moved in to. Owner/serviceman was in the area so at the house in 30 minutes. Very nice and courteous, explained everything. Treated inside house including cupboards and behind recept plates then treated outside the home. Has great packages available for pest control. Cost posted below includes initial treatment with a call anytime bugs are seen with no charge for the next year! Yearly prevention about half the cost."

"IT went fine.  The treatment was basically a perimeter spraying inside and out.  I noted several dead bugs several days after spraying throughout the house, so obviously whatever he did was working.  However, I still have lots of ants in my kitchen even though we have scrubbed everything inside and out.  So if you have ants, I don't think this is the answer.  He left me a quote for ongoing services.  I would use them if I wanted a company for pest control, though at this time I do not.

 I used to work for another national pest control company year's ago in the accounting/auditing department  - I mention this because I KNOW what GREAT Pest Control service should be.  And, I am telling you Mark and Critter Control is the BEST I've seen.  
Mark listened to our concern's and inspected our home's interior and exterior.  He then proceeded to treat our home. I am happy to say that he was also able to explain at length the product's that he was using and how they are safe for us and our dog's.
He even took a long handled broom to our eves, roof trim, window trim and exterior door opening's.  Getting rid of somesmall wasp nest's along the way.  
 He advised us on what to look for in the future.  As well as where we could possibly have a potential problem at some point.  And, how to repair the issue. If we can't do it ourselves - Critter Control can even do that for us.
 We have already referred a couple of our neighbor's to use this service.
 Mark, went above and beyond to address any concern's we had.  And, I must admit I hate any kind of bug or critter - Mark addressed/alleviated all of my concerns.
