"I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

"When I called Georges about doing the job, they gave me a quote over the phone. I thought that was great as I wouldn't have to schedule something, the quote they gave me was just in my budget so I accepted. But, once George came out to power wash, the price went up. The quote did not include sanding, or the two tone paint that I had sent in a picture when the quote was given. The two tone paint was way above my budget and not a necessity, so I had to give that up which is upsetting. The sanding had to get done, so I was stuck with that added cost, as he had already powerwashed.. I called to talk to them about it, they gave me a lower price, but it was still above my budget. My recommendation would be to not do a quote over the phone and have them come out and tell you what ALL costs are, and get a written estimate with what is included with the service. The painting/stain was done about 2 weeks after the powerwashing, the crew was on time, professional and the person in charge was very nice and showed me some issues I might have in the future as the deck is pretty old."

"I've used Sharper Cut to develop the gardens in front of the house, terrace the front garden for a level field for the trees, bushes, plants and water fountain, and build out the back garden to include and expanded patio and fishpond with waterfall. Their work is superior...and helps give the house a more inviting exterior view to family and guests. I'd recommend them for any project great or small...and they can tailor the project for future growth based on your budget! The winter refresh and clean up went exceptionally well...as their work always provides!"

"It went very well.  In fact it went so well, that I received a phone call from a neighbor who happens to work with a neighborhood association to tell me that my "new windows" were not in compliance with the replacement zoning laws.  Ha ha.  Anyway, I informed her that they weren't new windows, they had just been cleaned!  <br /> The inside work was fine as well, although we found a couple of items that were overlooked.  It was easy to resolve however and I would definitely recommend them again. <br />"
