"From start to finish this was an easy, anxiety-free project. As determined previously by an engineer - my foundation had settled minimally in its 67 years. It had grown some external cracks that looked alarming. In thinking about selling my house in a few years - I knew the cracks might be a deterrant to prospective buyers. Now my crawl space is encased in a thick, durable white composite sheeting that will make it easy for me to actually start storing things there.
