"We had a wonderful experience dealing with Ben Marshall. This father and son team repaired several areas of our aluminum siding and garage roof, replaced our gutters, added a leaf guard and painted the whole exterior of the house. They did a superb and efficient job. We are very pleased with the results."

"Kevin was the best. He kept me up to date on the projects. The worker were great and very pleasant. They replaced my steps with a nice porch and replaced my lanai windows and screens in a couple of days. I highly recommend them ."

"Contacted Joe at Monarch through Angie's List and texted photos of the area in question. He called back within 30 minutes with a great price and said he could perform the repair the next day. He did a great job at a great price and outstanding speed. It just does not get any better than that! Would definitely use them again and heartily recommend Joe & Monarch."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"No other company would even consider coming out to look at our roof for 2 - 3 months after the hurricane. Their office called and said Dusty would be over the same day and he repaired it promptly and at a very reasonable cost."

"Fencing had not had a good cleaning for several years. Work was done in a professional manner. Meaning worked until entire fence was very clean. The company will be called to clean fence once a year from now on."

"Excellent work, would highly recommend! Unlike a few others that I had contacted, Wayne followed up immediately and completed the extensive repairs needed. Wayne had checked the areas out a few days earlier and gave me the quickest schedule available, which was on the following Saturday. The work took about 5 hours but Wayne completed everything. The price was very good. His wife Tabitha was able to find the materials needed (aluminum, coating, etc.) at very reasonable costs which save money on the project."

"The sales representative who came to the house was on time; he gave a very informative presentation and gave us an estimate the same day. Once we decided exactly what style and features we wanted for each window and asked the sales rep to come back, he did so right away. Stanek offered reasonable financing that the salesman was able to process on the spot. The windows were installed about 6 weeks from our contract signing/order date. The work crew showed up on time and finished the job all in one day. They were professional and courteous. The finish work was impeccable. Overall it was a positive experience. We noticed the difference right away - - - no outdoor noise! It actually took a lot of getting used to, in a good way! The only drawback to having vinyl windows is that the framing is very thick, which basically shrinks the window - - less glass. These windows were very expensive, although I'm convinced they are the best quality you can buy. Some might say, however, that it's over the top. But, we're very pleased."

"I am requesting a partial refund of $49 on this service. The total paid to Angies and directly to the provider was $149. Three areas were to be worked on: A) all driveway, walkway, door slabs and included mailbox. B) small screened enclosure (no pool) referred to as "lanai", and C) front breezeway. I am satisfied with driveway and walkway, but there was damage that I should have been warned about. I am NOT satisfied with lanai and breezeway. Besides damage, directions were not followed as discussed. Very disappointed."
