"Best customer service! I submitted a request for quotes and Luminous called me with a few minutes and setup an appointment. They sent reminders and when the the electrician was on the way, they sent a text and an email with info about him and a picture of him. The electrician showed up early and provided a free estimate. After an hour, we decided to move forward with the planned work. He showed up in the afternoon and was able to remove the old under cabinet lighting and install the new lighting. Very professional and did a great job. Best customer service that I have had with a contracting company. Highly recommend Luminous Electric!!!"

"John was punctual and he inspected all outlets of room without electrical power, including unscrewing the outlet cover to check the inside wires. He was thorough and noticed that there might be some moisture inside the wall that may be contributing to the electric problem. He replaced the faulty breaker and everything is working fine now."

"Great employees did a great job running 80 amps of power from my home to my detached workshop, installed electrical panel for future additions, the electrical outlets and lighting that I requested and Joel Rodriquez explained to me in detail everything they did. They arrived promptly and completed the install in one day."

"We needed an outlet and switch installed for our new garbage disposal. Ilya showed up the same day I requested a quote, worked with me on the price and did an excellent job with the installation . We would definitely use him again!"

"Our technician was very knowledgeable and personable. The repair was pricier than expected, but not outrageous. Our only drawback is that we had one outlet which worked prior to the repair which now does not, and it would cost us several hundred dollars to fix."

"Courtesy Electric does outstanding work! The team is very thorough, looks excellent at the end of the job and always much faster than I anticipate. I have used them for a wide range of electrical work from rewiring to most recently installing a home electric vehicle charger, and the work always exceeds my expectations."

"Electrical Technician Alvaro Zuniga was very helpful and efficient. He installed upgraded GFI outlets in basement, kitchen and bathroom. He also was able to locate and rewire hidden doorbell, and transformer and chime to enable the replacement of battery Ring doorbell to an upgraded wired Pro2 Ring doorbell. I’m extremely satisfied with his timeliness, proficiency, knowledge and helpful advice."

"The process from beginning to end was truly a flawless experience. I have dealt with many contractors and companies over the years and The Plug Electric went above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations. Not only did they keep their work areas clean but the amount of work they managed to do in a timely manner was very impressive. I will never again use another electric company for any of my remodels. The plug electric is professional and a true joy to work with."
