On small jobs we do most of the building ourselves (we have two to three additional employees) and we use sub-contractors for our major site work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. On large projects we also sub-contract carpentry, masonry and concrete work. My sons and I act as project managers and superintendents on the larger projects and perform a good portion of the custom details ourselves. Most estimates are free. There are charges for emergencies--water damage, fire, smoke damage, etc.--and for estimates that require travel more than 100 miles away from Tampa. We offer Angie's List members a 5% discount on our already reasonable rates. Probably the most inportant aspect of our company is that we are builders and craftsmen first.
