He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time consuming and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left so it was vital that other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth! "We called Surface Experts after reading the favorable reviews on Angie's List. Paul showed up to provide an estimate to clean our kitchen, entrance and laundry room tile. We told him we were thinking of selling our house and wanted to clean the grout on our tile. We also advised that we had an Angie's List coupon for 500 sq. feet of tile grout cleaning for $99. Paul said he would honor that and we scheduled the work for the following week. He had to reschedule once, but showed up the following week and completed a very professional job on some pretty old tile grout. We are very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and the quality of work performed. We would definitely use Surface Experts again."
