"My Wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Bella Railings on a project to replace all the old wood railings on my property with beautiful vinyl railings. From start to finish, the Bella Team displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship that truly exceeded my expectations. The team approached the project with meticulous care, ensuring every aspect of the installation was handled with precision. The transformation from the outdated wood railings to the new vinyl railings was remarkable, adding a fresh, modern look to my home. The quality of the vinyl railings is top-notch, and the installation was flawless. One of the standout qualities of Bella Railings is their commitment to excellence. The team's dedication to their work was evident in every step of the process, from the initial consultation to the final installation. They took the time to understand my vision and executed it perfectly, leaving no detail overlooked. I highly recommend Bella Railings for anyone looking to upgrade their railings. Their combination of expertise, professionalism, and high-quality materials makes them a standout choice. I am incredibly satisfied with the results and look forward to enjoying my new railings for years to come. Thank you, Bella Railings, for a job well done!"

"We were extremely happy with the service, installation and quality provided by Pella of McMurray. We dealt with Rob Culbertson. Rob was superb to deal with in many aspects. I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too. Try Rob Culbertson and Pella of McMurray for your needs."

"I had a local plumber give an estimate for this job at $250. I opted for Handyman for Hire to shave a few dollars. (They wouldn't give an estimate. My bad). The bill came in double, and the work was adequate at best. I tried to work with the owner to come to an agreement. I asked him to come out and look at the work to justify the cost. He said he was "a busy man". I asked for an itemized list for the ridiculous parts bill. He said," that isn't done". Don't be fooled by previous positive reviews, this is a NEW OWNER. I consider this job to be robbery."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Indiana, PA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
