"We engaged Better Living Patio and Sunrooms of Pittsburgh to transform our screened in porch into a four-season room. Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. We planned to talk with them and visit through a window, since we are both at high risk for COVID due to cancer. I asked that the room be complete by Thanksgiving, but, as November dates became closer to the holiday, it appeared we would not meet the date. We love our new room! "After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. "Tony worked with us to get a free quote and then we signed contract the next day for them to do our roof. We were scheduled and he was in contact with us when they were delivering materials and when they were starting the job. The guys came to start the roof and they were really nice guys. Courteous and picked up after themselves. Yard was cleaned up when they were done and the metal roof is really nice looking. The guys worked hard in the hot weather and in the rain. They got everything done in just 3 days and we have a pretty big roof. They did excellent and told us to call if we have any problems at all. Awesome team and definitely would recommend them!! Price was in our range and I was quoted soooo much higher than them when I was shopping around for roof guys. So happy we got them!!"

"Installed windows when it was freezing cold out & they were so efficient my thermostat only went from 70 degrees to 69. When they left you never knew they were here, the cleanup was done extremely well & they even took a magnet over my landscaping & driveway to pick up stray nails. The costs to heat & cool my house got cut almost in half. The locks are awesome, never seen anything like it on a window & what they didn't tell me was that I can no longer hear the traffic from the main road. My door & sliding glass door came next & they are way warmer than my previous doors & beautiful. The door carpenter was very meticulous & you couldn't get a better installation. Definitely had a much better experience than when I've used other contractors! I'm looking forward to my next project with Integrity."

"From the beginning of the transaction to the end this company was prompt, courteous and professional.  We had windows installed by them previously and wanted to install more.  We set-up an appointment for them to send someone out to give us a quote.  They sent David, the same individual that came out 6 years earlier when we had our first set of windows installed.  In fact, the office person that took our call was the same person that was employed their 6 years ago too.  <br /> He came out, talked to us about what our choices were, and measured our windows.  He took as much time as we needed to get all of our questions answered. <br /> Since they custom order windows, there was about a 2 month period between the time we ordered the windows and when they came in, which was not a problem at all.  When they arrived, they called us to set-up an appointment for installation. <br /> The day of installation, about three guys showed up. They first rolled plastic up the stairs to cover the carpet and then put tarps down in other places.  They were very polite, professional and very cognizant of keeping things clean.  In fact, once the windows were out they used a shop vac to clean the debris up right away.  <br /> They finished the job, gave us a demonstration on how the windows work, answered any other questions we had and left. They were probably here about 6 hours or so.  I must say that I've had many workmen come to my home to perform a service and I don't remember having one that I didn't have to clean up after. But when I say they left virtually no mess- they really did an exceptional job of cleaning up after themselves. <br /> Great job! <br />"
