"Hired Joe Schmo Electrical to put in a light fixture and dimmer switch. Also, installed a ceiling fan with remote control. They did a great job and very personable. "<p>Workman came Tuesday to look over job and gave me a labor quote. After I gave the go ahead, he came back on Thursday.</p> <p>We went to Lowes together and he selected the materials he would need and I paid for them ($250). He then built the handrails </p> <p>and installed the weather stripping. He also adjusted the strike plates on the door frame so the door closed more tightly.</p> <p>He did a fine professional job.</p> <br />"
