"In Jan 2019, we paid them $3100 to rescreen our pool area. We were given a 5 year Warranty. It looked like a great job and they had to come out and replace a panel a rat ate through, and we paid for that. Perfect. Then we got iguanas that pulled 2 panels from the roof side of the house. We offered to pay for those, However, there are 6 more panels that came loose and the spine is hanging and loose panels are flapping that were NOT done by the animals. The workmanship should last more than 6 months. We have not had any storms and with just daily weather, so many panels should not have come loose. We called, texted, sent letters with no response. We only want the screens repaired as stated in the 5 year warranty, which is not being honored. We don't like doing bad reviews but are really hurt that the screen warranty is not honored. $3100 is a lot of money for us and we are back where we were with bad screens. All we want is, the screens fixed and we will pay for the 2 panels damaged by the iguanas. Thank you."

"Dealing with contractors after Hurricane Ian was a complete mess with every other company but BNT. Ricardo my sales rep went beyond anything I expected. The process was seamless from our initial consultation to the completed project. With the home being on an island, the installers stayed at my place and left it better then they arrived. When I came and inspected the windows after installation I was impressed with the workmanship and detail. It was a tough install and they left it looking amazing. Highly recommend BNT and Ricardo."

The mesh has ripped further since...when asked to fix the damage the companies refuses even after we've offered to pay the cost of goods..effectively just waive their service fee. Terrible customer service, would advise seeking an alternative screen provider."
