For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. "The pads came out beautifully and fit perfectly. My table is an unusual size and goes from round to oval when expanded. The pads look great and if I wanted I could even leave them on all the time. They fit together easily and they're easy to put on and remove"

"The crew did a great job in removing the existing roof (shingles, underlayment, and damaged plywood), and hauling off the debris. The existing ridge vents and drip edge were also replaced. New Owens Corning shingles were installed. Care was exercised to save existing gutters, soffit and fascia. All work was completed per Florida building codes, and included obtaining and posting permits with the city. Once the job on the roof was completed, the site was magnetically swept for nails. A wind mitigation report was prepared and delivered. The overall job was completed exceptionally well."
