"Andres was a delightful man. He was knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He inspected the whole house for free( over an hour and a half). He suggested spraying and cutting out sections of the wood that were damaged. He quoted me $725 and gave me a $100 discount from Angie’s list. "OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."

"Foothill Painting was very professional in responding to our original inquiry, we arranged a visit to obtain an estimate, and Joe came out, as scheduled, to size up the job.  Joe was very helpful in answering our questions and providing his opinions/advice as appropriate.  We received a formal estimate shortly thereafter in the mail and via email.  We had Joe come out one more time to ask him a few more questions since, at that point, we had narrowed down the remaining bids and, based on the discussions with various painting contractors, had additional concerns to sort out. The end result of the meeting with Joe was awarding Foothill Painting the job.

We decided on the colors, with some help from Joe, and scheduled the job. The painters (two of them) arrived as scheduled and worked on the project for the next 3-4 days, prepping first, then priming, then painting.  The stucco on our home had never been painted and it is a very rough finish, so much effort was required to insure that all surfaces were fully painted.  Joe would come by every morning to insure that all necessary supplies were on hand, to provide any directions for the day, and to address any questions, concerns, issues that might come up. The painters would pick up after themselves at the end of every day.

The one area for improvement, from our experience, would be a little more attention to prep work, as it relates to holes and rough surfaces (needing filling and sanding before priming), particular on the wood surfaces.  Joe's help in getting the small issues that surfaced resolved in a timely manner was much appreciated. He was a good listener and did his best to make us happy!

The staff in the office was professional, friendly and efficient throughout our entire experience with Foothill Painting. This was true from our original call, through scheduling visits, providing estimates, sending out invoices, and ending the process with a Thank You card for our business.  Well done!!

"They were very prompt with the estimate and with getting the job done. They worked hard and got it all done in about 2 days which was much less time than we were expecting. The quartz installation and sub-top work was all very well done. They were also quite careful with the demolition to avoid damage to adjacent areas. There was some minor plumbing hookup left for me to do at the end, but I had been notified of this up front in the estimate. One recommendation I would have is to use some form of dust collection if possible when cutting the slabs outside. This process produces a lot of fine dust."

"Mike (Moshe) BenHaim and his company America Green Builders were very professional. They have different crews for different things and the service was just amazing, I couldn’t ask any better than that! We’ve replaced the old windows with vinyl windows. Removing the old insulation in the Attic and install new 12 inch high (R38) insulation. Painting the exterior walls and wood eves and trims with life time energy efficiency paint. Replacing the carpet with laminate flooring (about 2,000 sqf). Mike is very special person and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his crew. He’s fair, responsible, and always available. We become good friends and now he’s going to replace my A/C unit ducts and adding more solar panels to my house."
