"They did a good job. We purchased the Angie's Deal for new granite countertops for $1499. Of course we ended up choosing a higher priced granite, needing more granite square footage than the deal covered, and upgrading the sink for additional cost. They also needed to move up the electrical outlets to accommodate for the new 6 inch granite backsplash. Bryan and his team did the entire job in 2 days and were great. One thing to mention is that they do not hook back up the sink after the job. They were very clear about that in their estimate. We called a separate plumber for that the next day. Overall, very happy with my counters. Now if someone else would just do the cooking in there!"

"Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job.
Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions.

"Tony and his crew came and dug up and relayed some cement in our backyard. It was a small job, but they handled it swiftly and were extremely clean. My only note would be that there wasn't a whole lot of communication during the job. They ended up staining the concrete a different color than I would have chosen, but it was still a great job and a decent color, so I didn't mind. Overall, I would hire again!"

"In 2010 I had a pretty negative experience with this company and I was extremely angry with them for what seemed to be very good reason.  As it turns out, there were other parties involved which included State Farm and a general contractor.  All and all it was a very difficult and trying event.  Felikian's sub contractors did indeed make some very grave errors but my anger was mostly due to the way the situation was handled (or at least the way it APPEARED that it was handled) rather than the errors themselves.

Initially it appeared to me that Felikian's was very non-responsive to a pretty significant problem associated with the work that was done.  Nearly a year later I found out this was not the case at all.  The owner saw one of my reviews of his company and contacted me immediately.  Shortly thereafter he, and his people came out to assess the situation.  He agreed that there was indeed a problem that should be corrected.  In the course of the conversation it became quite clear to me that in the whole situation Felikian's was set up to be "the fall guy" (among all of the other parties involved with the repairs from an insurance claim) for a long, costly and very upsetting event.  In the course of things he was told NOT to contact me for any reason, and I was told the same about him.  

After seeing the problem, Mr. Felikian was very concerned and immediately set about making the situation right.  He sent in a crew to replace the problematic floor.  The new crew was fantastic as was the tile floor they had put in.  I would actually give this particular experience top ratings all of the way down the line but I cannot fully disregard the events of 2010.  This being said, in the end I am a very happy customer and have a beautiful floor.  I wish I had just interfaced with Mr. Felikian initially rather than allowing State Farm to be the intermediary....it would have saved us both a lot of grief.  Clearly Mr. Felikian takes great pride in the work they do and the reputation of his family's business.  

If you have tile work done by Felikian's you should definitely request to have Louis and Maria do the installation.  They were delightful to have in the house, hard working, fastidiously clean and did beautiful work.

"I had a broken piece of stone in my kitchen countertop, right in the front of the sink. There was a vein in the stone that I think water got in and eventually caused a crack. Eran quickly came and quoted the job for me and did the work the next day. He did the job fast and cleanly. The stone repair could have been a little smoother in my opinion, but it is well sealed and the glue matches the stone well and nobody will ever see the repair. While he was there, he re-caulked the entire sink to prevent that kind of crack from happening again. All in all, a great experience."

"Steve and his assistant were amazing. Not only did they do the job I initially signed up for but they went ahead and polished my granite and sink faucet. They were incredibly thorough and effeicient. My kitchen looked stunning when they were done! I found out Steve cleans just about any type of surface you need. "Called owner Pete; he had other large orders on line and said it might take a few weeks; I took in the dresser (he does pickups for a fee), showed him what I wanted and left it. A week and a half later it was done. It's beautiful, looks brand new off a showroom floor. All the drawers work smoothly, the finish is spotless.
