"I cannot rate Blair more highly....they called the day before to say they were coming betw 8:30 and 10:30 and then their technician called today...and showed up on time at 8:39.......he was wonderful .spent an hour working on the AC unit on the roof on one of the Hottest days we have had in Palm Springs..115 Degrees...they honored the discount they had provided on Angies List of $59 for what is normally a $85 16 point Tune Up....and he pointed out a maintenance agreement they provided - I told him I had a home warranty and did not need it..and unlike other AC maintenance people he did not try to pressure me to buy it... I will DEFINITELY use them in the Fall to service the heater!!!"

"I recently had an AC problem with an upstairs HVAC unit that was not cooling properly. I scheduled an appointment with Timo's. The technician (Earl) arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. The problem part was replaced and the AC was back working immediately. In addition to insuring the unit was working properly, he provided tips to maintain the system (clean coils periodically, replace filters regularly, etc).
