I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. Three Tree came responded right away, inspected the damage and then fixed the entire thing and charged me NOTHING. They stand by their work and made it right. Matt and the entire team were fast and professional. A lot of companies say they stand behind their work but Three Tree puts their money where their mouth is. I'd highly recommend them."

We got several bids, and went with Metropolitan, as they did our neighbor's roof several years ago and they recommended them; but it was Clint's upfront integrity, knowledge of the product, and clear guidance in the whole process that sold us. These qualities have obviously been instilled in his crew, and his office staff; their response to our questions/concerns throughout this whole process was handled right away, either by them, or by Clint himself. We also had two skylights replaced by them when the roof was done, and they did a brilliant job; they also specialize in skylights, and again, Clint was quite knowledgeable in both the products and the process of installing them, as was his crew. "We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were lovely to work with and I felt as if they were treating my home as if it were there own...and the results showed it.
