"Our project was difficult. It began in October with permits from the city and the demolition of our existing deck and garage and excavation for the new workshop space. We were delayed by intense Minnesota winter weather over and over again. Despite the set backs the Plumbline team showed up every morning, worked in the dark and the snow to build our beautiful new garage, workshop and deck. They did a great job of working with our existing, uneven structures to add sound new construction. "From the time I had SMS come out and do a bid, I already had 2 other bids. I definately knew after seeing some of the more recent pictures of their work that I was going to hire SMS. The Owner had some good idea's as to what I was thinking, and helped with the vanity top colors as well. It didn't take long at all for them to complete and put in the vanities. I ended up adding things that I didn't think about in the first place and is still cheaper and and a lot more steady than those Home Depot vanities. Glad to have it all done right in time for the holidays! Nice gift for ourself!
