Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

Nate was professional in his discussion of what the process evolves and presented a fair quote. I had 5 companies give me estimates, his was the best and most inclusive. "I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."
