"We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier."

"It's wonderful and they did a really good job. They were friendly and they also listened to our ideas. We're very pleased with their work and they cleaned up after the work."

"Very happy with having hired this company. Steve Alexander was great to work with and his crew worked very hard and did an excellent job. I talked to six or seven companies before making a decision and would highly recommend Alexander Roofing."

"Steve with Lakeside Construction was professional and handled all aspects of getting us a new roof installed. From start to finish we were impressed with this company. They handled our new roof replacement including insurance submission with punctuality and professionalism. We can't be happier with all aspects of this company including the office/billing staff and project manager. We would happily recommend Lakeside Construction to anyone in need of a new roof!"

"David is very professional. Finds a solution to an issue. Did a wonderful job on two of our bathrooms. Looked for cost effective items to save us money. Recommended different places for product selections and better pricing. Explained what was happening each step of the way. Honest professional that we've come to trust."

"I recommend to all my friends and family! 10/10 service!"

"My overall experience was good. The job was to be performed in three parts over two to three days: (1) scraping the ceiling; (2) re-taping and mudding the seams and mudding the nail and screw heads; and (3) painting the ceiling. It ended up taking two workers three days (they worked roughly 4-5 hours per day) accomplishing one of the three tasks each day. The workers took care in keeping everything clean by covering the walls and floor with plastic during the entire project. Repair of the seams and covering of the nails and screw heads was good. Sanding of the ceiling along the edges near the walls and near the attic access door and light fixture, etc. was not as thorough as as could have been done, leaving some areas with excess/un-sanded mud. The paint was applied by spaying with some small areas of the ceiling only having a thin coat over the sheetrock. I scored the quality of work as fair and the overall job as good based on what I paid for the work that was performed. After all, this was my garage ceiling not a bedroom or kitchen ceiling. I wasn't expecting the Sistine Chapel and I didn't get it. There wasn't the attention to detail that I would expect if this was a ceiling in a living area of my home. However, it did accomplish what I wanted: to stop the popcorn from falling and improve the unsightly look of the garage."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Stephen answered my call and came out to my house the same day to give me an estimate to fix a leak in my roof. Stephen and his crew did an excellent job fixing the leak in my roof and all debris was cleaned up in the yard. Will definitely contact Shelley Custom Roofing & Construction for any future roofing repair."
