"We have lived in our home for almost 30 years. The last few winters I have noticed that it was colder, more drafty in the house especially around the window and attic door frames. I saw a commercial on TV from USA Insulation of Buffalo this fall and it spoke to me about everything that I wanted to address in our home and how “They” could be the company to do the work. My husband and I were not disappointed at all from beginning to the end. We started with a phone call to a very pleasant- knowledgeable receptionist who set us up with a very pleasant- professional- knowledgeable Sales Rep. His presentation was so thorough and well done that we committed to a “Job” that evening. We were totally impressed with the product- the quality and value of price. Our install date was this past Friday, 12/3/21. The install “crew” arrived promptly at 9am and went over everything that they would be doing. Again- “Top Notch”, knowledgeable, friendly and professional individuals. Their cleanup was impeccable, you would never know that anyone had been there. We have already noticed a big difference in these first few days, especially after “the High Winds” of Monday, 12/6/21. The house is quieter from outside noise and the drafts from the attic door and window frames have disappeared. Thank you USA Insulation of Buffalo for a job well done! "Mulcahy Ceiling & Drywall Specialists were outstanding. Highly recommend these guys for drywall ceiling repair. Would not go with anyone else. This job was done by the owner Matthew Mulcahy. We have a 3,000 sq. foot home with an open floor plan including a continuous ceiling that spans the entire first floor kitchen, gate room and hallway. The ceiling was not installed properly by the builder and developed several cracks that ran the length of the entire ceiling. Matthew went over the entire process with me before deciding on the best course of action. The rooms were sealed off with plastic. The hardwood floors were covered with drop cloth. At the end of each day the work area was power vacuumed and left spotless. We selected a new design for the ceiling texture that came out perfect. The job took exactly as long as anticipated. The fee was very reasonable and exactly what was agreed upon. We learned that for ceiling repair of this magnitude you MUST go with a contractor that specializes. This is not a vertical drywall job. The materials used are designed for ceilings. The techniques used to apply them matter - Matthew was very professional. Knows his stuff inside and out. I give this company my highest rating."

"We had a moisture issue with our skylights in our vaulted ceiling.  After talking over several options, decided that a tear down and closed cell spray foam application was the most permanent solution to this problem.  We met with several companies about the job and ran into an issue getting a comfortable feeling with each contractor until we met Paul.  The job required a tear-down of the ceiling, the batt and cellulose insulation, spray foam application, some shims on the rafter for the new drywall to replace the thickness by some previous foam board, drywall, texture, and then multiple coats of paint and primer.  There were a lot of angles around the skylights as well to top it off.
When we met with Paul he went through the steps he would take to complete the job.  He talked a lot about the prep work and what that process entailed (an important step for us since we just repainted the walls, installed some bookcases, and put in new hardwood floors) and most importantly, instilled in us a sense of confidence that he could and would get the job done.  The job was not scheduled to start right away due to the cold weather so our confidence in Paul was demonstrated by his follow-up and follow-through when we were ready.  It was a good feeling for us, as in the past we've had contractors bail out after waiting a period of time and also change their quotes.  Paul was true to his word.
We are thankful for the diligent prep work.  The house was closed off in that section and it was like bomb had gone off inside of it.  The blown-in cellulose was everywhere and then when the drywall dust came, you had to wonder if the finished product would ever look like it used to!  The crew was very respectful and they really busted their backs getting the job done.  My wife felt very comfortable with them in the house with our two little kids and we even felt comfortable leaving the house to them while they worked.
When the process was finished, my wife remarked at how it looked as if nothing had ever happened!  We were very appreciative to Paul and his crew for the work that they did.  They showed great accountability and service and we got a good sense of their integrity.  We are very thankful to have found him and we will be using him for future projects.
