He had done some work for us a few years ago so we asked him back to remove an existing tile floor because we wanted to replace the tile with carpet. During our estimate meeting, Doug listened to our reasoning for removing the tile and gave constructive recommendations on how to improve our situation. We asked Doug to break down the estimate into three parts to cover the tile removal, the installation of new baseboards in the room the tile was being removed from, and the installation of carpet. He provided a clear estimate for each and timely answered the follow-up questions we brought back to him. In the end, we decided to have Doug do the tile removal and baseboard work and went with a local carpet installer for the carpet. Doug and his team provided timely, professional, and quality work for us. His team was friendly and knowledgeable and worked hard to complete the work.
