"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"Excellent company! My water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. "Thought my well tank and switch had gone bad. Called Jerry’s they were out to look at my problem same day. They believed it was the tank and switch as well. Having an old house where the additions were built over the actual well. Anyway they came back the next morning and worked tirelessly to get water back to my home. "Not only were the leaks addressed, Drain Surgeon also wrote a memo to me as to what was found. The tenant had turned the hot water heater up to maximum. This resulted in deterioration of the washers and hoses causing the leaks. They even included a photo of the temperature mechanism set where it was when they arrived and as it was re-set once the repairs were done. I used their memo to discuss sharing the cost of the repairs with the tenant. I also use this same company for work at my own home. I am a very happy customer on both fronts. Thank you."

"Put in the call on a Saturday, since heater needed replacement on a Monday.  The serviceman was excellent and very professional, really exemplary representing his company. He thoroughly explained not only the problem of the breakdown, but each stage of the needed repair (with brilliant clarity), future do's and don't's and maintenance needs. I was anticipating an expense repair (heater was free since it was under waranty).  It was approximately $500 more than I expected due to an expensive part (backflow preventer). I'm still in sticker schock from that item.  This expense and the fact that there is no official discount from the pre-repair/emergency response visit are the only "negatives."  The actual service charges were reasonable, and at least, at market rate.  If you are in a situation where you can have your service within business hours during the week, do that you save yourself the emergency service charge of $134. Overall:  Magnolia is well-established and offers reliable service (for instance, they do several follow up calls at different stages of the repair).
