Palmer was punctual and very professional. I had spilled a large coke cola soda on my white carpet.  I was in panic mode, but with his efficiency and understanding he not only took the spot out but reassured my fears.  He also said that if any part of the spot came back to call them.  After about a week, just a small area ( really barely noticeable ) came back and I called and Fernando was able to come by the next day. The spot is now not only not visible it's like it never happened !  I would highly recommend them for any of your carpet needs as they are beyond the best in the business.
