"Danny and his team did a great job, were very friendly, and finished on time as promised. In addition to built-ins in the living room, we also had radiator covers and baseboard installed. The built-ins and radiator covers were completely custom and Danny and his carpenter, Jaime, were great in providing recommendations for both functionality and styling as well. We were especially thankful when we ran into an issue with the baseboard. Unfortunately, the baseboard we selected did not cover the cork in all places. With over 80% of the baseboard installed (including moving and returning all furniture), Danny offered to install shoe molding which would cover the exposed cork. A change like this certainly would have been an opportunity to get additional money out of us, but Danny offered to install at cost which was just a couple hundred dollars in more than the originally quoted price. We would definitely recommend Danny, Jaime, and his entire team to anyone looking for quality work."

"Greg did many jobs in my house- removed a load bearing wall, lay tiles for a new floor, drywall, removing a door, custom building closet cabinets, custom building a kitchen island. All of it was done with professionalism and satisfaction. The last job he did for me was to paint existing kitchen cabinets which ran into a problem with the paint colors not coming out right from the store. It took some time but he came back to the end with the last being the 6th time to make it right. The owner, Jacob, came to my home to measure for the area I wanted the cabinet built, he provided several colors that would match the area as well as provide recommendations to make sure that the cabinet lasts forever. Jacob provided a few designs and we stayed in touch via email. The installation was very professionally done and everyone loves it."

"I am very happy with the results. When they brought out the piece for the tile that goes along the counter they measured it wrong. They had to re-do it because it was too short. They came to install the new cabinets. The technician did not put down padding when he moved the refrigerator. It made a dent in my floor. They reimbursed me $250.00. There were a couple of problems but they were corrected."

"I purchased a big deal in May 2014 for 2 slide out shelves for $164, Scott got in touch with me & made an appointment to measure where the 2 shelves were going. Scott came on time, was very pleasant, took his measurements & told me there would be a wait of 4-6 weeks. I was fine with that, A few weeks later Scott called me to tell me one of the shelves came in with  a slight crack in it & he didn't want to give me the shelf in that condition, he could come & install the 1 good shelf & the other when it came in, I told him I wasn't in that much of a hurry & could wait, so he would only have to make one trip-(I live over 40 miles from Scott). 2 weeks later I get a phone call that the other shelf was in & we scheduled an appointment for install. Scott arrived on time & went right to work. I was so happy with the quality & how they looked, that I made a deal with Scott to purchase 3 more shelves. Again this process went well & not only did I get what I paid for, Scott made the edges around the shelves an inch higher than he was supposed to-(3" instead of 2", this was important because the higher edge held my items in place better) and he also matched the wood to my cabinets. Once again we were very happy with Scott & his work. Well October came & we called Scott & ordered  more shelves, which are in the process of getting made. Scott is a true professional, he explains everything he does, it shows he loves what he does  & his prices are very reasonable considering this is a special order  product. OH and did I mention how great it is to find things in my cabinets???? No more finding items 5 months after the best buy date because they were stuffed inthe back. everything is neat & easy to find. Big thanks to Scott & Shelf Concepts, anything I need that Scott does, he will be my only phone call & anytime I have company, the first thing I do is show off my easy to reach new pull out  shelves. <br />"
