"Jason and his team are awesome. It started with an in-home consultation—I was planning to handle all the networking myself, but Jason was clearly very knowledgeable in his line of work. They helped run approximately 30 ethernet cables throughout the house for security cameras and hardwired connections. You can tell they genuinely cared about treating our home well: they only opened necessary holes in the walls with clean cuts and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. Communication was excellent throughout. I noticed a minor issue after the work was completed, and Jason and his team came back to fix it right away. Highly recommend!"

"I am a new homeowner and I hired Bill and his team to install two televisions and advise me on sound, security and WiFi. Bill began the engagement by doing a walk-thru of our house and spending time educating us on various options, without pressuring us to purchase any services or products. During the walk-thru, Bill provided me with talking points to go through with the technician, who was coming to install wireless internet the following day. A few days later, Bill returned to install two televisions. His staff approached the project as problem solvers, as they carefully hung both televisions (ensuring they were both secure) and thoughtfully and creatively hid all wires behind walls. Further, while making necessary holes in the walls, one technician held a vacuum to ensure that they did not leave a mess. "I originally hired Navas AV to fix our home theater system. While they were here we asked if they could help with a few other things we needed to get done and they said sure! They spent most of the day here, fixing the theater system, installing our nest thermostats and doorbell, and a smart garage system. The garage system was tricky and I ended up asking if they could come back the next week to fix an issue. They promptly came back (for no charge). All the work they did was excellent and I plan to use them for other projects in the future! Highly recommend."

Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.

We set a date for an estimate, day of, he showed up on time, walked us through the process, answered all questions and took as much time with myself and my husband as we needed to feel comfortable.
