He spent 3 days doing the remediation work and charged $3,000. 2 months later, the mold is back. The exact places where he initially treated the mold have now returned. I called and texted John several times and he REFUSES to come back to fix the mold issue. He clearly did not successfully removed the mold the first time, and now he wonâ t even come back to fix his initial mess. What a joke. The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. "Good at first and the crew was very professional during the installation. However, there was follow up work that needed done and that is where the dissatisfaction begins. The work was performed in an gutted upstairs that was in the process of being renovated which took longer than expected (from a divorce). Anyway, I later identified one of the Unico vents to a bedroom was not hooked up (and still not hooked up). Brandon gave his word that when the renovation is complete, to give him a call to finish installing the vents to the tubes. Upon requesting completion of the installation, he wanted to charge a service fee. I am sorry but this is not how you treat customers by not honoring one's word on a $10k job."
