I told him I was upset, but had no other options. I now know this was 'extortion' , since other simpler models are still available and would have been better suited to this senior citizen. A furnace cleaning the same month prompted a list of things I should buy despite the furnace passing it's tests.....be prepared for a sales pitch. They did come promptly and were polite.
