"Always on time and does the job properly."

"Great, the change is incredible and it was very fast. The salesperson was able to show us on a iPad the exact bathroom and accessories he was going to install. I highly recommend them."

"They worked with me on changes that I wanted in the remodeling process and done a great job.I would highly recommend them to whomever needs to remodel there home."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"The installation crew was awesome. They were very professional and friendly. The installers took pride in their work. They insured that all 19 windows were installed properly and left a clean work site. I recommend Elite installation Services."

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

"Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.

"They were very prompt and polite and didn’t try to rush the job. I had window installation done on 2nd floor so it wasn’t the easiest place to reach! Price was reasonable. Would recommend to anyone !!"

"Everything went as planned. There were here at 8 everyday and some Saturdays when it worked out for us. Juan is easy to work with. This is my second time using them and would definitely use them again."
