My name is Scott Nelson. My company is called "SCOTT NELSON ELECTRIC" because I want my own name to be on every job we do. I have been in the electrical trade for over 35 years. I went to trade school school through "Associated Builders and Contractors Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program"(A.B.C.)shortly after completing high school. I am noticed by the "National Bureau of Apprenticeship Training"(N.B.A.T.)as a Journeyman Electrician. I worked for 14yrs. with contractors from the north shore, NW suburbs, and northern Illinois. "QUALITY ELECTRICAL REPAIRS & INSTALLATIONS" is the best way to explain our service. We believe that being "neat & tidy" is one of the best ways of showing how much we respect our customers and their homes. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
"Nelson Electric is the best electrical contractor I’ve used in my thirty-eight years of owning and updating my homes. It is difficult to find an excellent contractor who is willing to take on a major remodeling project in old construction, and who handles it efficiently, cost-effectively, and with perfection. This time we were remodeling a 110 year-old bathroom. When we got down to the studs, joists, and rafters, the plans were worthless because of all the surprises. Unphased, the crew was able to trace every hidden wire to destination and source, re-route them as needed, install a new, larger, circuit breaker box, pull wire through neatly, clearly identify and label everything, and finish beautifully the lighting, overhead heating, floor heating, and exhaust fixtures, making for a beautiful bath.
