"Ed saved New Years Day. Sometime during the night, the winds knocked our old TV antenna loose and put it in a very precarious position. I panicked, looked online, and found Ed. Not only did he answer, but was able to make it out same day to bring the antenna down. He showed up and got everything done and down quickly.
