He made a couple of suggestions because he saw some problems with other areas around the tub that required caulking. Within a few days, Gary arrived right on time, looked over the bathroom, and asked questions and made some suggestions. Then he got right to work and finished the project faster than expected. Both Nick and Gary were polite and friendly. The final bill matched the estimate with a very small amount added for the caulk the Gary provided. The work Gary did looks great, and I am very happy."
