"Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"We tried to previously start to remodel my kitchen with a company that promised all the things we wanted for our kitchen. They had said they could do everything and anything we wanted the exact way we had wanted, let s just say everything went bad, lots of money gone to waste over the promises they could not meet. They couldnt even do a floor correct so I called master craft and design who we previously spoke to but didnt hire which was a huge mistake but I called Eddie and expained everything so he agree it wasnt ok or bye code over 4 months with no kitchen 3 kids just imagine. He helped us and guided us in the right path on how to get out of this nightmare contract and to contact a lawyer which we did, so for legal reason I cant say the company's name but Eddie did not have to help us at all since he was not our contractor at that time, and had nothing to do with it.but he had no hard feelings or wasnt upset that we chose to go another way which was great of him. but master craft and design is the shining light at the end of a dark tunnel. Let s start off by saying, yes I did hire Master Craft and design after everything was said and done with the previous company. I would be crazy not to hire the company. The other hack company had cleaned us dry Emotionally and financially and never gave us any money back or even a sorry just 4 months of broken promises. but this company Master craft and design worked with us on cost and everything else. it just wasnt about money with them which was amazing. Yes I would be stupid not to hire them. He has delivered everything I have wanted and so much more. The quality of his work,his professionalism,his communication,and his delivery through this whole kitchen remodel has been outstanding. He came in when I had literally nothing and was so stressed and crying every day because the other hack company had done a hack job. He had assured me that everything was gonna be amazing and I was in great hands And all I have to say is wow amazing fast kind and my cabinets are high quality never seen cabinets this high end ,my counters are high quality, my floors are high quality, everything they have touched in this kitchen has been high quality and has been done with love. And for fast but great i never once thought wonder where all my money went boning saw it They have taken care of my home like it was their own. Not only did I feel like a customer I felt like family. I couldnt Express how amazing they are in any words they blew this kitchen out of the park.as soon as the first day of work was done . my whole family felt stress relief felt safe knowing our home was in a great company's hands amazing team.please if I could tell anyone anything it would be that ur crazy not to hire this company. Like I said before they are family now and no one will ever touch our home if they dont work with this company. I just wish this helps your family make the right choice i and hires this company. if they want there job done right and looking amazing.
