Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Island Lake, IL

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Removal of existing tile in our laundry room and replaced with new tile. They were a joy to work with. Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"I hired MPT to build a new staircase in my duplex. Paul is knowledgeable, precise and fast. I've worked with Paul on several projects and I can confidently recommend him."

"Crew very professional, easy to have in your home. Always on time. Responded very well to any issues (ie a cabinet door came cracked, it was re-ordered & installed right away)."

"Frank, John + team were such a pleasure to work with throughout the process of having my kitchen cabinets painted and our bathroom completely remodeled and enlarged. My house is over 100 years old and definitely had some quirks and communication about issues that came up along with potential solutions gave me such confidence and trust in the work that was being done. Pricing was very reasonable and Frank was wiling to work with me in a few areas to keep things within my budget. I know that G&G will stand behind their work so in the unlikely event something comes up down the road I have no doubts they will make things right. Would gladly hire again!"

"Took a little longer than anticipated and had to have them do some touch ups and corrections at the end. But overall they were very responsive and the bathroom turned out fantastic. We love it!"

"i cant say enough good things about this company. angelo and his crew are here on time everyday.the work they did is outstanding.angelo explains every phase of the project in detail. finding ap builders is the best thing we ever did,you wont be dissapointed.thank you angis list."

"They were awesome. Went above and beyond. The price never changed. They were clean and meticulous and wanted to make sure we were happy. I even decided I wanted a bigger tub after he brought in the original one and I had him take it back. They did not complain or charge me more for the work. They are honest hard working, I can’t say enough positive things. The only negative and not really because it was Christmas time was a slight delay. To make up for that they wanted to work weekends and holidays as well. Pick them you won’t be disappointed."
