"Anthony and his team stopped by to give me an estimate on removing a 6" flex pipe that had been installed in the chimney pipe to vent a wood stove. They climbed the roof, inspected the chimney and determined the flex pipe did not run the length of the two story chimney but was about 6-8' in length. They removed it and also took care of its disposal. And the cost was absurdly reasonable - dinner for two would have cost more. Can’t say enough good things about World Class Maintenance Inc. - these guys are the best!"

"It wasn't perfect. They switched the two parts on the burner. It is basically the regulator that controls the pilot light. They were suppose to fix the pilot light and they switched the parts. The problem is that the new pilot light is too high. It is almost like another burner instead of being a simple pilot light. It was good basically that is why I said it is a slife. I thought it was a little bit high on the price but then I haven't done a job like that in 15 years so I am not an expert at that. And it is not working as well as it should so I say it was very expensive. It is not worth the price."

The crew from B&P Chimney showed up on time, did an excellent job, and daily cleaned up the mess prior to leaving. The work included demolition of the old structure, a full rebuild of the brickwork, with crown and cap, the installation of a new stainless-steel liner that properly vents the boiler & hot water heater in the basement.
