"We have had radiant heat in our homes for the past 31 years.  My wife loves it but there is a challenge finding knowledgable and honest person to repair and maintain radiant systems.  Many repair persons are available to work on your system but experience has been that many of them either do not understand your radiant heating system or try to sell you whatever to jack up their profit.  I have experienced some of the worst. They had little knowledge of radiant heat but were experts at cost add-ons.

"Leland did a great job.  He warned me ahead of time that I would possibly be without water for 1 night, which did occur.  I was concerned about the dirt and dust from the jack hammer and digging, but he somehow managed to keep everything neat and well-swept.  He has done work for me several times, and is always punctual, and usually his final bill is below his estimate.  He and his crew are always polite and friendly.  The day he was replacing the main pipe into the house it was very cold and windy; when he called me at work with an update his teeth were chattering it was so cold --- I asked him why he didn't go inside the house to warm up and he said it was because he didn't want to get any dirt inside my house.  I would definitely use his services again because he does a thorough job, well beyond the minimum requirements."
