"My first time working with Near Me Roofing Company and his team but it will not be the last. I have several rental homes and price but more importantly quality work is very important for my investments. From my first interaction the team did a great job estimating and replacing a roof that had major storm damage from a tree falling on it. They replaced the entire roof materials as well as repaired a bunch of the roof decking. Everything was done quickly, with great quality and even the clean up of all of the old materials was spotless. Easy breezy for sure!"

Anas was present throughout the entire build. His communication was stellar, they worked incredibly hard and the deck they built is exactly what we hoped for. "This review is long overdue. Cameron and his crew were fantastic! Due to woodpecker damage, I needed to have my house re-sided in Hardie Plank, and I also developed a bad case of, "well, as long as we're doing that...." They removed the old siding, fixed any areas underneath that needed re-sheathing or re-framing (due to water damage), and then installed the new siding. That was all included in the original price quote. I also decided to update most of the windows and sliding glass doors in the house. When the new custom bay windows arrived and were incorrectly configured (no one's fault on my end or Cameron's, as I recall), he graciously re-ordered them, made triple-sure the configuration was correct, and only charged the price difference between the prior configuration and the correct one. His crew also replaced some exterior stairs and 3 decks for me, one of which was badly deteriorated. Not even pressure treated wood can withstand years of Seattle rain, so my main deck was rotting away. They did a beautiful job of repairing and replacing, so I also had them do the walkway up to to my front door to match. Then came the painting, and the paint job on my house is drop-dead, stunningly gorgeous. It was so stunning that the next two neighbors up from me (with identical floor plans), decided to paint their houses as well. All three are now bright, cheery, primary colors. Along the way, Cameron and the Modernized Exteriors crew did lots of little extras, kept me informed about how the work was going, had me inspect frequently, and charged very fair prices. They even sent someone out to fix an old window leak that hadn't gotten fixed by the re-siding process. My fiancee kept an eye on the work progress too, and as a tradesman himself, he highly approved of the quality of their work. I can't say enough good things, and I will hire them again in a heartbeat for exterior work. I just wish they also did interior work, so I could hire them for a bathroom remodel!"

"Rafael called immediately once I asked for a bid through Angi, he and Sara arrived early for the bid appointment, they anticipated all of my questions and concerns, and gave me a bid and timeline at that time. His team had the old deck out and new deck built in two days, all done the right way, and cleanup was perfect. They came back for the final walkthrough and I was, and am two weeks later, still 100% satisfied with their work. Rafael (and team) did what he said he would do. "After getting eight contractor quotes, we chose Anyvision Home Remodeling. They were not the highest quote or the lowest. We went with Anyvision Home Remodeling because of Chase and his presentation. Chase wasn't pushy, he took time to listen to what we wanted and let us know if something wouldn't work and why. It was a complete, down to the studs and joists remodel! In fact, there was water damage and they had to replace some of the joists. Chase recommended some stores to us to go look at tile, sinks, the tub and cabinets and met us to look at our choices. I ordered some things online, but sent them to Chase to make sure they would work before ordering. The guys Chase has to do the work, from demo to completion, were fantastic! They really did a great job. If I noticed anything I didn't care for or had questions about, all I had to do was mention it and it was taken care of immediately. Communication was constant though WhatsApp. Chase set up a group and our communications were all documents right there. We knew what time and who was coming out any given day. We shared photos and occasionally just chatted. The end result is a gorgeous master bathroom with a private toilet room, an oversized double vanity with LED mirrors, and a wet room with a soaking tub and double rain showers, both with hand held showers too. Oh, and one thing I really appreciated, was that Chase brought in a cleaning person, so our new space was gleaming and ready for us to use! Please take the time to look at our before and after shots!"

"Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

"I have a split-level house, and my deck is on the 2nd story. I didn't want to deal with building one myself, so I decided to hire a contractor. I found PlanTrak on HomeAdvisor, and am glad I did. I hired them to build me a fairly simple 12' x 16' deck, and they did not disappoint. Dave came out in February to give me an estimate of what the job would cost. I had several contractors provide estimates, and PlanTrak's was in the middle. I chose PlanTrak because Dave was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions competently and ensured me my requests would be completed. We scheduled to start construction at the beginning of May. These guys are busy, and they didn't actually start until May 13. It wasn't a problem for me, honestly. I wasn't bound by any time constraints, and delays are not uncommon when it comes to hiring contractors, especially when you book so far out. Justin and Roman(?) actually performed the work, and it only took them 5 days to demo and haul away my old deck and build and finish the new deck, including a Saturday. They were very polite, and performed their work competently, and the finish is excellent. The materials they chose were top notch - my cedar decking is premium quality, and beautiful. After the work was complete, Dave came out and did a walkthrough with me to make sure I was satisfied. I only pointed out a couple small things from the demo, and Dave quickly took care of them without issue. I was 100% satisfied when he left. As a homeowner, I'm really grateful for contractors with PlanTrak's integrity and professionalism. My family and I have been enjoying our new deck daily since it was built. This is definitely a decision I'm happy to have made. I'm seriously considering using PlanTrak to build me a permanent awning in the future."
