"He came the same day. He fixed both the washer and, when I asked, the dryer. I was impressed because he lifted the dryer on and off the washer by himself (pictures show a similar stacked installation). Also he patiently picked lint from between two layers of mesh in a filter, rather than making me wait for a new one. This clogged filter had caused lint to build up inside the dryer, INCLUDING THE HEATING ELEMENT!!! He prevented a possible fire in a condo building. Lives may have been saved."
