"Steve did a wonderful job repairing my bathroom counter after I inadvertently used a caustic product to clean it. It looks like new! He was very pleasant to work with, and I would highly recommend him!"

"J& Sol did a great job cleaning the grout in the bathroom shower in my house. He came on time and was very professional. The grout had some discoloration and the color looked red in some parts. After clean up it came back to it's original color. He was very prompt replying to all my texts and answering many questions I had. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!"

"David came out right away to give an estimate and I had the estimate the following day. He was very personable and made sure to tell us a little about himself, his company, and his coworker Zach. We compared estimates and decided to go with David with scheduled work starting on July 28.
David, Zach, and Todd showed up July 28 around 8am. I was told that they had another job that they needed to finish up so Todd would be there all day and David/Zach would be back later. I ran them through some of the additional work requests that were not included in the original estimate(re-tiling patch in shower, several more patches from the plumbers, baseboard). Received an estimate later that day and they even worked with us by using some left over materials from a previous job to help lower the cost.
We stopped by mostly every day, and at least one person was there anywhere between 7-8am and 6-7pm to get things done. There was a miscommunication early on regarding when they would be finished (initially was Thursday, then got pushed back to Saturday), but was able to reschedule all my other contractors so ended up not being a problem. They also made sure to tell us of any issues they came across (downstairs drywall was pretty affected by the asbestos removal so gave options of just replace whole thing or fix). Really great about giving us quotes right away and not altering that figure after the fact.
Overall, I think they all did a great job. They were all friendly and personable to talk to, took great care in protecting our floors, and kept us apprised of things as they went...all for a reasonable price.
Note: Asbestos ceiling removal is pretty intensive and to repair the ceiling after the fact is even more so. We had not planned on repainting, but in order to smooth out the corners between the ceiling and wall, the mud came down about 1 foot (vs a couple of inches).

"Business owner with superior project related knowledge. Excellent communication. Available when he said he would be. Performed as he said he would. Efficient, attentive, polite and neat. I can be a harsh critic, and overall I am very impressed with Aiello Stone Works. Will hire them in the future for counter / slab related projects."

"The entire project went smoothly and beautifully. The contractor went above and beyond the original scope of work to get the work done at the highest quality. For example, the 6-step stair upgrade from carpet to wood went three man days extra with no extra charge just so it would make the perfect look. As this was the first time we did such a big project, updateing to original plan is unavoidable but the contractor are very keen on listening and accommodating our changes at a fair cost. My entire project turn-around time was 3 weeks, which is amazing, given changes and upgrades we made made under the way. Other bids with we received was 6 weeks to 3 months at similar or higher cost. Since project moved so fast, you will need to be on top of the progress and work closely with the contractor to make timely decision and keep the contractor timely updated with what you want/don’t want to avoid any misunderstandings and costs for undoing. We will definitely come back to this contractor for future project."

"Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!"
