"I just had my bathtub reglazed this week. My first conversation was with Nick S., the operation manager, who was very responsive, efficient, and transparent from the beginning to the end. He came out to my house on time, set up the appointment for the project. and was very accommodating to the needs. He assigned Archil on my project. Archil showed a little later than our appointment time, but I understood why when he started on my project. Archil is very careful, thorough, and detail-oriented. His prep work was meticulous, and when he finished the job after the two days of hard work, I ended up with a new bathtub! Since he was so meticulous, it took him longer than the scheduled duration but I loved it! I would work with Nick and Archil any time in the future when I have surface refinishing task at home. "Stone pros are a top notch company. When we first decided to replace our counter tops in our new house we were going to put gray quartz into our house. When we sat down with the very busy owner of stone pros Glenn, he changed our minds. Because we were installing new counter tops into a log home he suggested using a natural stone because it is a natural home (log built). We were looking at a light gray color scheme, Glenn suggested a dark stone he had recently seen at a granite distributer in Seattle. We instantly agreed. He has an eye for what would work and look best. We went totally opposite of what we came in to have installed. He stated he would do what we wanted as customers. But we went with his suggestions. We went down to Seattle (not my favorite place) and picked out our slabs. We absolutely could not be more pleased with his suggestions. We were under a tight time line also. We had a house warming party coming up and really wanted the counter tops completed. Glenn’s crew was very accommodating to our schedule and worked tirelessly to have the job done in a very timely manner with the utmost professional attitude on a Saturday. You have to understand that installing counter tops against logs is not an easy event. I was asked questions along the way on how I wanted certain locations to be completed so I would be happy with the end result. We will use them again for our bathroom remodels when the time comes. "I've used Atlantic Tile and Granite for all of my projects. We just finished kitchen/bathroom number three and moving onto our fourth project. I've used two other companies before I found this one and wow! What a difference. Nick is always on time and can answer any questions you have. Nataliya is helpful when trying to pick out granite over the phone by sending pictures of what is in stock. There are no "seams" glaring out and the granite looks beautifully showroom polished when they are done. I won't go anywhere else and after you use them, I doubt you will either!"

"To our surprise, Chhay (the owner of Stone Restoration Services) was the first contractor we ever let work in our home that didn't damage anything, and once the floors where sanded down and brought back up to a polish they blew us away with their new depth and beauty. I will never lay another stone tile without calling Chhay the next day to polish and seal them. He knows how to finish stone, and he respects your property as well. We had the floors since they were originally installed in 2000, and we never knew about the hidden beauty stored within the stones. Apparently when you buy stone tiles like marble (he also restored our bathroom shower, which was marble) and limestone, it is only slightly polished initially, and can be brought up to a real shine that reflects beautifully. Chhay takes pride in his work, and even gave us lessons on how to maintain the stone in the future, including showing us what products to use and what to avoid, and how to polish out stains in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to invite Chhay and his crew back to work on our floors in the future."

"Tiberius and his team did excellent work and did it quickly. They were skilled and very tidy in not leaving a dusty mess during and after their work. He specializes in marble and tile showers that have leaked over time, causing sustained damage in wood structures beneath and next to the leaking shower. Luckily our damage was somewhat limited. The work was not cheap, but he scheduled it quickly and worked on a Saturday to get it done. I will hire him again for bathroom remodeling and highly recommend his company."

"I had a wonderful experience working with Integrity Stonework & Cabinet, formerly Integrity Granite and Tile. I needed to replace my 1990s tile countertops in my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Off the three companies that gave me estimates, Integrity Stonework and Cabinet was not the cheapest, but I chose them for the job because, what can I say, Mike was so pleasant to work with. Right off the bat, he was very courteous and helpful. I knew that I wanted solid surface, but couldn?t decide if I wanted granite or quartz. Mike took the time to explain the similarities and differences as well as answering all my questions. The job description on the estimate was clear. Communication was excellent from start to finish. My questions were always answered in a timely manner either via emails or text messages. We had to break down the project into two phases because there was a delay in the shipment of my cooktop. Mike was willing to accommodate our schedule. Because I have two young kids, I told him that I couldn?t afford much kitchen downtime, so he and his crew worked long hours to complete the job on time (I?m not sure if they didn?t take breaks!). Right before the kitchen sink was put in, my husband noticed that it wasn?t the sink that we ordered. Worried that this would delay the project, I said I could live with that sink; however, Mike insisted that we should get  what we wanted. He took the slab back to his shop to get recut and bring us the right sink. That level of dedication to customer satisfaction is what really stuck with me. The only thing I wish was done differently was the dust containment. I didn?t realize there would be so much dust. I wish they had put up some kind of tent to keep the dust from flying everywhere. Other than that I think the project went great. My husband and I are pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend Integrity Stonework & Cabinet. <br />"
