Install: We got shadowbox fencing installed in our backyard, and the quality of work was great. Parts of our backyard/neighboring yard have mature vegetation (40+ year-old monster bougainvillea), and the install team was able to work around them and let us know of any trimming they had to do. They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. "Someone answered the phone when I called about a pool fence. Chris was a little early for the estimate appointment which was great. He was the only pool fence person that I called that was willing to give me an estimate in person instead of over the phone. He gave his honest opinion about the colors available for my decor based on his experience.  He was very helpful in  helping me to determine where the fence should be placed for maximum use of my lanai. He arranged to perform the installation the next day (Saturday) so that I would not need to be away from work. He was about two to three hundred dollars cheaper than another company so there was no question since I was getting the same quality pool fence.
On the day of installation, they arrived and started working  immediately after confirming placement. The pool fence looks great. I originally wished that I had chosen a different color, but was very glad that I had not because it looked very nice and I could see very well beyond the fence. They installed a 45 foot pool fence in about an hour. He even took the time to show me how to allow access to the pool and re-secure the pool by letting me do it myself.
