"We have been trying to get this project done for nearly 2 years. We wanted a 12â wide by 10â tall custom bar on one side or our main living room and a 12â wide by 10â tall bookcase with display custom cabinet with lighting on the other side of the room. We had 3 contractors give us quotes in the past and then never come through with a time to complete. We then found CCO. CCO became the best experience we have had hiring anyone in Florida. Sarah came to our home, reviewed our drawings and came back with a quote in just a couple of days. We agreed to hire CCO. During the project that started on the exact day Sarah said it would, Sarah would listen to our change requests and immediately reply with a solution. She was always available even after the project was completed to help us with a smile. The 2 installers, G and Paul, were perfectionists. The 2 were friendly, efficient and professional. It was a pleasure to watch them install the custom cabinetry with exact measurements. They were also pleasant when doing change orders. The staining and finishes of the cabinets were exactly what we had asked for. Every aspect of this project was completed as we had wanted and in a very quick time frame. We are so happy with the result and would highly recommend CCO for any custom cabinetry you can dream up."

Our bathroom turned out magnificently with an extra-large walk-in white and gray shower, off-set by beautiful hand-crafted gray bathroom cabinets. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen, Schoeman Construction was the only contractor we considered. We knew we would receive the highest quality workmanship from a dependable, family-owned, trustworthy company. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel, we were updated on the work completed that day, provided projected plans for the following day, and given time for questions and answers. Based on their many years of experience, Hennie and sons Abel and Hennie Jr., had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I was reluctant to give up my tiered countertop for a flat countertop. Hennie Sr. discussed the differences in appearance, size, and functionality between the tiered and flat designs. I was so happy that I chose the flat countertop. They effortlessly adjusted to the setbacks caused by construction delays, etc. Every appointment was kept and arrival prompt. They provided several recommend layouts, and never flinched through the many what if's, could this scenarios. Even when changes were later rescinded, updated designs were provided quickly. Bottom line, they made you feel they were just as invested in the project as we were.
