Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Istachatta, FL

"Great quality work! I replaced termite rotted siding with vinyl siding. These guys really turned around my home from looking like an eye sore to get back with the times in a matter of days! Chris and Mack were great to work with and their crew was excellent!"

"Partial window repair, needs some further tweaking which we can finish ourselves."

"Checked around with other Companies to get an estimate on a metal roof after much research on the different styles and quality. Some never returned calls others told me they were really busy because of Hurricane ( DUH really ) would get in touch with me later. So that was pretty discouraging after doing all the research myself then no one to give a Quote. This being said I called Solar Solutions, they told me they would be out to the house by the end of the week, which I was Shocked. Frank came out around 2:00 pm and got on the roof and measured and drew a blueprint and measurements of complete roof. He explained the options which we told him we wanted it done right which was Pricey but the Old saying you pay for what you get. He told us to think about it not pushy at all. He said he had another appointment that he would come back to cover the roof with Blackjack tar after the appointment which it was about 6:00 pm now. (Free of Charge even if you don't get roof done by him) We said it will be getting dark, he said that's why they have flashlights. About 8:00 pm the wife said it sounds like something on the roof, it was him. That sealed the deal for us. He said that we don't have to decided this quick. But we did and signed contract with the deposit. The roof looks Great we got the metal shake shingles by Dura-Loc the job was done by a Very Professional Crew, the neighbors said their roofs were replaced by Cowboys and ours was replaced by Craftsmen which it took 8 eight days to finish, cleaned up each night like nothing was being done here. Our Utility bills have gone down over 40 percent which is great living in Florida air conditioner runs 11 months a year. Plus the air does not struggle at all. Figuring to replace it this year but it hardly runs and does not labor at all. Insurance is cheaper by about 10 percent but the neighbors all went up 25-30 percent plus we went from 2% deductible to $500.00 deductible so I would say it probably went down 45-50%. We are Super Happy with the workmanship of the job done by the companies Great Employees. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by us."

"Joe is a bit of a character, but very honest and up front about what will work and what will not. Our old stairs had stucco over plywood on the sides and water had got under the stucco and rotted the plywood and the stairs. Joe advised us that if we re-did the same application, we’d end up with the same result. So, we had the stairs rebuilt and left open underneath. Then Joe repaired the stucco where the stairs met the house and added stucco to the raw block underneath the stairs. His price was very fair and he showed up the very next day to complete the job. I would definitely recommend and would hire him again should I have other stucco repairs needed."

"GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."

"Outstanding quality, service, price. Took the time to look at the entire picture of the repairs needed to make sure it got done right. Have used them many times, and never disappointed."

"We could not be happier with how our new tile roof turned out! The entire crew - from office to installers and owner - are professional and kind. The installation crew was respectful of our property each and every day making sure they cleaned up before they left. The owner Billy Creech came by repeatedly to make sure everything on was on track and answer any questions we may have had. You will not go wrong using Duramax for roofing repairs or replacement. Thank you!!!"

"We replaced all 15 of our windows with hurricane impact windows. Morgan Exteriors matched a lower quote from another company, and they have a 1 year price guarantee. We were also impressed by their 100% lifetime guarantee on everything, no small print of exceptions. They came out and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it before submitting the order. The installation was fast, and the workers kept the site very clean and safe. Eta was our first storm since replacing the windows. I kid you not, I slept through it. The windows are so insulated that I didn't hear the rain or the wind, and I slept with peace of mind knowing that the kids were safe from flying glass. Great job guys! We'll call you when it's time to do the doors!"

"They do everything very neatly.  The hole on the wall looks so good.  I really appreciate the work they did.  I had broken shelves in my closet that they also helped repair.  He came back today for free to fix the shelves.  I definitely would recommend him!"

"Let's just say this didn't go as planned...which made me appreciate Devon's Home Pro Service even more. This was supposed to a 'basic' wrap-around porch screen install...and replacing shower caulk with grout. But when you have an older home that was a rental prior to near-recent purchase, expect the unexpected. The porch screen install...discovered completely rotted through cedar support posts(!). The bathroom grout job ended up with tiles going right through the wall due to failed former seals and mold. The posts needed to be removed and replaced before anything further could happen. The entire shower needed to be redone (retiled, mold/moisture treated, and I opted for new bath hardware). Yes, it doubled the price of the job. But Devon saved me from so much more additional costs and headache by tackling them ASAP and the right way. I couldn't believe his confidence and professionalism in both conveying and addressing these serious issues. I am in awe he corrected the post support problem in but a few hours. Specifically, he located, installed and painted the new cedar posts THAT DAY. Helped me save money on materials for the new bathroom shower on subsequent. And even with a big job booked for later that week, he moved everything over to ensure our home was ready for use and given proper attention. He then returned when an opening occurred in his schedule to fix a rotted exterior panel just above the porch, put literal finishing touches on paint and other cosmetic items. In short: Devon (and his business partner Alan) are absolute professionals, through and through. They were meticulous with every task, cleaned up wonderfully after themselves, and operated with utmost professionalism throughout. They problem solved at difficult moments, worked diligently but not too expediently, and clearly take pride in their work."
