"This is a great company from initial contact, estimate, actual service and follow up. My shower tiles needed some TLC, and tub needed caulking. This house was built in the 80's but the tub and tiles were still in great shape and a neutral color so I decided to re-grout and restore to better appearance and function. Jacklyn came in and re-grouted the tile and caulked where necessary and it looks like new! She had a young man with her that she was training. They were very polite, and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing and it shows! This is one contractor that I have hired since my move here that I am more than happy with! I highly recommend Mrs Grout and will be keeping their number handy for any future needs. Thank you "Mrs Grout"!!"

"Ryan did an excellent job. Right on time. Stayed late to finish the job. Made my floor and the grout look brand new. Would highly recommend him."

"I hired Luis to clean my tile floors. He did an excellent job and what I like most was Luis was at my house when he said he would be. I have found dealing with workers or even the owners of companies here in Florida is a nightmare. Telling the customer when they will be at your house and then show up 2 hours later or never show up."

"The owner and Erica again did an amazing job, the carpet seems to stay cleaner in between cleanings as I have them cleaned every six months by choice and they always come out great. this time I added my ceramic tile flooring and the grout came out almost knew it was unbelievably bright and clean!"

"Billy showed up on schedule to clean our floor grout and did an excellent job. Very reasonable price."

"I found Cannin on Angie’s List, was impressed by his reviews, and decided to  give him a try. He was easy to reach by phone, answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner, and gave me a very reasonable estimate based on the square footage of the carpeting that would actually be cleaned. As promised, he called when he was about 30 minutes from our home, and arrived at the scheduled time. As other reviewers have previously mentioned, I very much appreciated that he did not try to sell me products I did not want (ie Scotchguard, deodorizers, etc), and gave me some good suggestions about what kind of carpeting to get (we have a large dog) when we were ready to replace our carpeting. Happily, we won’t need to do this for some time, because when Cannin finished the job, the carpet looked better than it did when we moved into our condo 5 years ago. Not only that, but Cannin charged us half what we had previously been paying to have our carpeting cleaned once a year, and the job he did was 500 times better. Not only was the carpeting wonderfully clean, it was only slightly damp and was completely dry within 6 hours, and now has a softer and thicker texture than it ever had before!"
