"Last year we replaced our hundred year old garage. We live in an historical district. So there were a number of requirements beyond normal. Garage For You told us when each phase of the process would be done and they stuck to the schedule. There were a few unique features that they were able to accommodate. I had saved and refurbished five original windows from the old garage. And I also duplicated the original trim. They incorporated both of these items into the design for the new garage and installed them. We had another company apply a stucco finish to the garage. Garage For You workers prepared the walls as the stucco company requested. The stucco company said that the preparation was excellent. The electrical and final inspections were flawless. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the flexibility of the design process and the overall responsiveness and availability of the workers and office staff. "The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

"Paul was extremely professional and he even went beyond what was originally asked of him.   <br /> - Paul and two of his co-workers removed all of the drywall, plus the wall and floor tiles, tub, and toilet, and hauled away all of the debris. <br /> - Some of the plumbing had to be redone as Paul found some rusting pipes in the wall.  He told the building engineer about this issue since the pipe actually belonged to the neighbor across from me and he was given permission to fix this pipe.  He was compensated from the condo association for this additional work. <br /> - The first thing to be installed was a custom one-piece show base purchased from Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile. <br /> - They installed new drywall, wall tile was installed and grouted, and then new floor tile was installed. <br /> - They installed a hand held shower faucet, a rein shower, recessed lighting in the ceiling, and a sliding glass shower door. <br /> - The entire bathroom was primed and painted. <br /> - A new toilet was installed, plus a new vanity, vanity sink, faucet, mirror, and lighting. <br /> I have to say that this work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled.  Even the engineer in the building commented to me about how neat Paul was after everything was torn down.  Plus after the job was completed, he took pictures of the work and about a week later, he called me asking for Paul's phone number so he could recommend him for another job in the building. <br /> We did spend quite a bit on the materials (approx. $8,000) as we bought everything from Studio 41 and Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile. But I have to say that everything we bought was worth it and the bathroom now looks amazing! <br /> Thanks Paul. <br />"
