"We hired Cosmic to redo our upstairs, secondary bathroom. They were wonderful from the consultation to the finish date. The team is punctual, respectful, skilled and efficient. Demo day was fun to watch, as the whole crew comes in and within what felt like two hours had it down to the drywall/studs. They haul away all debris, which was nice not to have a dumpster for this project. Communication is awesome with the team also, and always checked in with the design and layout before making final moves. Wonderful and have used them for 3 projects and will use them for any projects in the future!"

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. He connected us with workers who added a backsplash to our kitchen, installed a new window to replace one that leaked, and painted the entire 6-room apartment. He was very flexible about scheduling and quick to respond to phone calls. The painting crew, lead by Gio, did a great job and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would definitely hire DAL again."
