Demo day was fun to watch, as the whole crew comes in and within what felt like two hours had it down to the drywall/studs. They haul away all debris, which was nice not to have a dumpster for this project. Communication is awesome with the team also, and always checked in with the design and layout before making final moves. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily).
